The Last of Us Part 2. Initially, the game allows you to equip only one weapon of each type at a time (a long gun and a sidearm). All the other weapons you possess are retained inside your backpack. You will have to pause and draw them when needed. However, you will be able to acquire holsters in the later stages of the game.

Obtaining the Long Gun Holster in The Last Of Us Part 2
You will be able to obtain the Long Gun Holster in the second chapter of the game. Just after Ellie and Dina arrive in Seattle and walk towards the “fuck FEDRA” gate looking for generator fuel, you will be able to explore a certain semi-open area over there. You will eventually obtain a lot of items in there, and among them will be the Pump Shotgun and the Long Gun Holster.
To find the Holster itself, you will have to first locate the Courthouse. That should be easy enough because a good deal of the main storyline revolves around it. Now approach the front of the building, near the stairs leading up to it, and turn left. You should be able to see a certain Rouston’s Coffee Shop on the other side of the road there. Approach this shop and smash the window to get inside.
Collect all the items you find there, and then go through the hallway near the back into the washroom. Watch out for the Runner emerging from the stall there; use your melee attacks to bring it down. Now enter the washroom and observe the baby changing station carefully. You will see that it has been lowered, and some objects are lying upon it. Take the Barkos’ Key lying there and then move out of the shop.
Using the Barkos’ Key to obtain the Long Gun Holster in The Last Of Us Part 2
After obtaining the Barkos’ key, go back towards the front of the Courthouse. Now walk towards the alley to the right of the building. Keep walking, and take a left turn when you see one. You should now notice the back door of a certain Barkos pet store there. Unlock it using the key you found in the washroom of the coffee shop. You will find a lot of items and treasures inside.
Enter the store and go into the stockroom, where you will find the Long Gun Holster on the counter. Retrieve it and use it to equip your Pump Shotgun and Rifle on your shoulder simultaneously. This will make it much simpler for you to switch between them during battles.
